Yes! All RT Pottery pieces are dishwasher-safe, microwave-safe, and food-safe unless otherwise noted. The glazes used are lead-free and non-toxic.
While all pieces are dishwasher-safe, hand washing is recommended to prolong the life of the glaze. Avoid sudden temperature changes (e.g., putting a cold piece directly into a hot oven). If a piece has an unglazed foot, dry it after washing to prevent water marks.
Custom orders are considered on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out via Instagram DM @rt_pottery to discuss your project. Note that custom work typically takes 4-6 weeks from order to delivery.
Due to the handmade nature of each piece, all sales are final. If your item arrives damaged during shipping, please contact me within 48 hours with photos and I will work with you on a replacement or refund.
Orders are carefully packed and shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Continental US shipping is $10 for the first item and $5 for each additional item. Alaska and Hawaii shipping is $25 for the first item and $10 for each additional item. Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days and arrive within 5-7 business days.
Yes! Local pickup is available in Oakland, CA. Select "Local Pickup" at checkout or reach out via Instagram DM to arrange a pickup time.
International shipping is not available at this time. Currently, RT Pottery only ships within the United States.
